Features of high speed injection molding machine:
The fully hydraulic four cylinders clamping structure patented by US, Europe and Japan is precise and high speed.
- Clamping force from four cylinders gives a well-distributed stress to the mould. The time under summit clamping force is short because the hydraulic pressure is adjustable according to the injection pressure, so the mould could be well protected.
- Mould self-adapting function. Well low pressure mould protection.
- Single cylinder linear injection structure ensures precise control.
- Nitrogen auxiliary equipment ensures the injection speed reaching to 1000mm/s. High response MOOG servo-valve ensures precise fully close-loop control.
- Accurate V-P transferring position.
- Repeatable accuracy of injection end position ≤ 0.02mm
- Repeatable accuracy of clamping force ≤ 1%.
- Repeatable accuracy of temperature control ± 0.5 .
- Repeatable accuracy of final product ≤ 0.14%.
