1.PET330-G48 Injection Moulding Machine is specially designed for 48 cavities of PET bottle mould,with the cycle of 8 seconds and the capacity of 21600pcs/h.

2.The design of dual-screw structure greatly reduce the cycle time and ensure a high productivity by synchronizing the material melting with the injecting.This structure also greatly improve the plasticization and lower the AA value and IV value of the product to an extremely low level so as to keep the original food taste.

3.The fully enclosed structure in appearance and the fully hydraulic structure in system keep a clean working environment free of dust,oil and noise.

4.The adoption of closed loop hydraulic control system in claming unit and injection unit ensure a high efficiency and good quality of the product.

5.All the main components of the injection system are made of alloy steel and proceeded by special treatment to ensure less mechanical abration and the longevity of the machine.

6.The adoption of SIEMENS PLC controling system realize the one-to-one temperature control for every single cavity to ensure stable hot-runner temperature so as to effectively decrease the content of Acetaldehyde.
