VCD/CD disc injection molding machine:

Clamping system is crucial for the whole machine and our four-hydraulic-cylinder structure has the following advantages:
1. The computer controls that the four hydraulic cylinders offer exactly the same and steadfast force onto the four shoulders of the movable platen to clamp the mould, unlike that of toggle machine whose clamping force may vary every action due to its toggle abrasion. So, our high repeat-precision ensures that the final products are precisely as the technical standard

2. Our machine adopts four hydraulic cylinders whose diameter is very small, so, the speed for one action is much faster than that of other machine which has only one big hydraulic cylinder. So, the production period is greatly reduced

3. Hydraulic machine is highly clean, unlike toggle machine which needs lubrication oil all the time on the toggles, this oil would dirty the final products

4. Besides the four cylinders, there is platen-moving cylinder which is designed to open and close the movable platen. First, the platen-moving cylinder push the movable platen to exactly touch the mould (a linear position transducer will calculate whether it is exactly touched), its force is of course not so large and may stop if anything jammed. After the linear position transducer gives the confirmed signal, the computer will let the four cylinders begin to give high pressure and strong force to clamp the mould. This function can very well protect the mould from being damaged if any thing jammed and also protect human being from danger

The four-hydraulic-cylinder structure is our patent; many crucial parts are imported from world well-known companies, for example, hydraulic valves comes from Tokmec Company, Japan; computer comes from Techmation Company, Taiwan; A/C contactor and air switch comes from Schneider Company, France; oil seal comes from NOK Company, Hong Kong

For the injection part, we have the following features:
1. Our machine use PID (proportional-integral-differential) temperature controller for the injection barrel and nozzle, the precision is within 1 degree

2. The stroke of injection and the screw-back-pressure are adjustable according to the final product and material

3. We have double balanced cylinders to generate enough injection pressure, high injection speed
